Terms of Publication

We consider materials that have not been published anywhere earlier. Papers must match research areas of the journal (specialty 05.13.ХХ – Computer science, facilities and management).

All manuscripts submitted for consideration shall be prepared according to the editorial requirements (House Style Guide).

Every material shall be supplied with a license agreement and the following information about the authors: surname, name, patronymic (in full); the official name and legal address of the organization; academic degree and title; contact phone and e-mail address.

Color, tinted pictures, as well as materials demonstrating the advantages of the electronic format are welcome: use of hypertext, graphics, audio, video, software and other features.

Any submitted manuscript undergoes mandatory review. The editor-in-chief appoints experts. Their decision is communicated to the author.

Editors have the right to cut and edit any manuscript. After preparation for publishing, the text is sent to the authors for approval either using password protected area of the site, or via e-mail in PDF-format.

Authors have 5 working days to send alternations, comments or approve the editor’s revisions. After this period, it is considered that the proposed version of the article was approved by the authors.

Communications with authors, as well as sending of materials for publication with all accompanying documents are carried out either through the electronic system of manuscripts submission (http://swsys-web.ru/user/auth.html), or via e-mail red@cps.tver.ru.

All manuscripts, received by the editorial board (matching research areas and prepared according to the editorial requirements - House Style Guide), shall mandatory undergo double blind peer review within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.

All articles in the online journal are published under Creative Commons «Attribution» 4.0.
